Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Care team within 30 days of delivery or pickup to obtain a Return Authorization number and confirm eligibility.
- 2.Prepare Your Items
Ensure all furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packaged in the original boxes with all included hardware.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller parcel items, you may use the provided prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
