What are your delivery and shipping options?

We offer two primary delivery methods: Standard Shipping for smaller items via major carriers, and In-Home Delivery for larger furniture pieces, which includes assembly and placement in your room of choice.

What is your return policy for furniture?

Items delivered via Standard Shipping can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For In-Home Delivery items, please inspect the furniture upon arrival; if damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once accepted, these items are generally not returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we provide several flexible financing options through the Ashley Advantage™ credit card, as well as lease-to-own programs and buy-now-pay-later services to help you manage your budget.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use our online 'Order Status' tool by entering your order number and phone number.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

Most of our products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, tears, or structural damage.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered the shipping process, and standard return or restocking fees may apply.
